Colocation Facility
All servers are housed in top-of-the-range, lockable and individually-keyed Rittal TS series cabinets, providing excellent physical security for your shop. Hosting is managed by intelliServe and a Team of administrators dedicated to working to ensure the safety, speed and power manage the servers.

24x7 Monitoring
Access security is monitored 24x7 by a dedicated security firm and closed circuit video surveillance cameras. We monitor the number of current connections to your shop to the amount of time it takes to process each page request

Multiple Power Source Backups
The Power systems in the data centers are designed to run uninterrupted even in the unlikely event of a total power outage.
All servers are linked to dual power supplies. If one source has a power outage the network automatically users the secondary supply without interruption. All servers are fed with conditioned UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) power that will run if main power fails. The Data center has dual diesel generators backing up each mains power supply. These generators automatically start within seconds in the event of interruption of the mains power. The generator is regularly tested to ensure that it will continue to function in the event of an emergency.

Air Conditioning
The Data Centre cooling system is designed to provide optimum operating conditions for a server farm environment. The HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system ensures the environment is constant, providing appropriate airflow, temperature and humidity.

99.8% Uptime
intelliServe will make an effort to have the systems available 99.8% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance.


Email Configuration
As every companies email requirements are different, email is configured individually. You can view the accounts configured from your administration but password changes and manually overseen by our administration team.

Browser Based Email
We offer a Web based e-mail system to manage your emails remotely.
